EXTENDED telehealth visits focusing on cardiology, nutrition and/or lifestyle needs. Telehealth services available for US residents of California, Florida, Maryland and New York, as well as international residents. Currently, we do not accept medical insurance and cannot see patients covered by Medicare.

New Patient Visit

This consultative service gives you a 60-70 minute first time encounter with Dr. Aggarwal. This is for those who want to get Dr. Aggarwal’s opinion on your symptoms, obtain a second opinion, learn about how to treat your illness. When you sign up for this visit, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out that we will discuss at the first visit as well as a detailed plan to move you forward. You will be empowered to change!

IMMERSION KICKOFF

$4,000

So change is hard. I get it. Many patients have told me that they wished I was with them on a daily basis helping them make decisions, at least at the beginning. To answer that request, the immersion is now here! With this option, you will start with a 60 minute visit with Dr. Aggarwal so she can understand any medical problems or health risks that are of concern. She will learn about your habits and just learn more about who you are. Then she will put together a detailed, individualized meal plan for you that you can start working on at home. For one month, she will walk on the road with you. She will check in most days for a quick phone call to see how to help make things easier, nudge different behaviors, give ideas on different foods and motivate and empower you to stay on the path. This is a highly successful intervention that will lead to great long term compliance. If you are ready for change and just not sure how to do it, think of this option.

ORLANDO ONLY IMMERSION

$6,000

This is a one month immersion experience. During this experience, you will spend 60-90 minutes with Dr. Aggarwal receiving education on healing the body. This is a clinical visit. You will also receive a personalized grocery tour with Dr. Aggarwal or her associate. They will go with you to the store and help you pick out healthy options. They will give you detailed suggestions for meals. They will come to your home if desired and help you clean out your kitchen cabinets in a supportive and constructive way. They will provide you with supplies for healthy habits. Dr. Aggarwal will call you regularly during that one month to make sure you are on track and to see if there are any questions in the changing process. Only applicable for in-home experience, if you are within 60 minutes of Winter Park, Florida
